The gym contains an extensive range of Technogym
equipment providing all of your cardiovascular training needs.  In addition we have a select amount of fixed resistance equipment, carefully picked to provide a good all-over workout.

Our free weights room is used by the World Champion Power Lifters Anne and Neil Thomas who can often be seen at the gym.  As well as a range of dumbbells we have a Smith machine, full range of medicine balls, body bars and a boxing station.

Our changing rooms incorporate locker and shower facilities as well as a free sauna room for members use. 

The ever popular stand-up sun bed is reasonably priced and offers 220w tubes providing a very fast tan capability.  A full range of creams are available.
