We can of course just throw menus at you like everywhere else.  But we want to make your choice of meal as special as the act that it celebrates.  Chef Jamie Smith will sit down with you and discuss your particular tastes, likes and dislikes and make some suggestions.  Perhaps you are a plum fan, and so the dishes could incorporate freshly picked local plums into a sorbet or maybe a soufflé.  If you like traditional English grub then how about stew and dumplings.  Whatever you want Jamie and his team will design your personal menu.  When you are ready we will bring you back and invite you to try your design – now that’s tailor-made and something that your guests will be talking about long after the day!
